What if I need to cancel or reschedule a session?
Life happens and we understand that. We provide for 3 reasonable cancellations and rescheduling up to 30 minutes before a scheduled session. If you cannot make your scheduled time, let us know and we will simply reschedule the call for another time. However, if you consistently bail on our scheduled sessions more than 3 times, we reserve the right to terminate the relationship and will charge 50% of the total fee.

How do I reschedule a session?
You may reschedule up to 30 minutes before a scheduled session. Simply email us at info@twocentsriot.com and we'll work with you to find a new time. To schedule time with us please visit our shared calendar page.

How does the Just Looking credit work?
If you book a Just Looking 20 minute session with us, and then buy additional services we will deduct $50 from the total charge of those new services. We understand that maybe you want to talk through your project or idea first, before deciding to commit to a longer process. If you just want to reach out with a quick question for us though, please send us an email to info@twocentsriot.com. Real people (that's Dawn and Liz) check it every day and will get back to you.

What is TCR's refund policy?
Our goal is for you to be happy with your experience with TwoCents Riot. If you have buyer's remorse before you begin any session or work with TCR, we will refund you the full portion of your purchase. We will also refund you for your purchase if you change your mind after our initial (very first) call or session together. After that time, we will offer refunds on a case by case basis dependent upon circumstances, but reserve the right to withhold a portion of funds for payment of services rendered to date. That means, if we started working on something for you, and delivered a portion of work already, we will refund a prorated fee. We will only charge for time we worked.

What is TCR's Service Agreement for the Get Your Name On Package?
We offer our Get Your Name On package as a "Work for Hire" service. Our lawyer has some helpful language which details the service and deliverables we provide. Once you complete the sign-up process, you will receive a confirmation email followed by a Service Agreement for you to complete and sign. You can contact us with any questions and if after reviewing the agreement you decided you no longer want to participate in the Get Your Name On service, we will refund your payment.

Please note that we are not trademark attorneys and founders and companies using our naming service are responsible for all legal and trademark searches and services required to secure and own your brand name. We share more information about the technicalities of naming as part of our service.

A word about TwoCents Riot
Here is some legal information our lawyer wants to be sure you know: TwoCents Riot is the brand name and trademark, along with "share your two cents with the world," that is owned and operated by TwoCentsRiot LLC which is based in NYC. When you see charges on your card, they will appear as charges from Intuit, whose service we use to manage our billing.
